Hello, Welcome to my site.
My name is David Zach, and I am a veteran animator with 32 yrs experience specializing in character animation. I studied at Sheridan College for Classical Animation and graduated in 1994. I am an Indigenous First Nations people and retain both Canadian/American dual citizenship.
I am a former 2D Disney Feature animator having worked on such films as "Pocahontas, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Mulan, Lilo and Stitch, Kingdom of the Sun, and Brother Bear". My CG feature film credits are "The Wild, Gnomeo and Juliet, Ice Age 4, Ice Age 5, Rio2, Epic, Peanuts,Ferdinand, Spies in Disguise. I am currently a Lead Animator for Skydance Paramount Animation.
My passion is for drawing and all things traditional. Aside from 2D/3D animation I love to sketch, create digital concept art, visual development, storyboard and paint in watercolors.
